Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades won't lose your data.
What happens to my projects if I cancel?
Your projects stay accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, you'll keep your first 3 projects on the Free tier.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of any charge for a full refund, no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Is there a student or educator discount?
Yes! Students and educators can get 50% off Pro plans. Contact support with your .edu email to claim your discount.
